For nearly 30 years, Gundy Powder Coating has been providing personalized and professional service to our COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, and RESIDENTIAL customers. And now, with our newly expanded equipment and permanent 50,000-square-foot facility in Bay Shore, New York, our capabilities have expanded as well. With our 466-foot conveyorized powder coating system we complete most powder coating jobs in 90 minutes, from unfinished metal to a flawlessly finished, durable powder coated product, ready for shipping, delivery, or assembly. We offer 24- to 48-hour turnaround service. Special same day service is available upon request.

In addition, Gundy’s two batch ovens accommodate odd and oversize jobs, as well as custom-color powder coating, one-offs, and specialty finishes. Same day and overnight service is also available for special orders.

Our dedicated wrapping and packaging department ensures that your job is carefully cushioned for safe delivery.

Gundy Powder Coating, Inc. is a fast-growing, multi-dimensional company. Our technical and project management staff has more than 25 years of quality experience in project estimation and assessment, sandblasting, metalizing, and specialty coatings, such as epoxy and urethanes. Gundy Powder Coating provides a wide range of services for industrial, commercial and residential clients in our new Bay Shore, New York facility. Gundy Powder Coating employees have extensive experience in applications for steel infrastructures, bridges, gates, railings, marine equipment, cable management systems and lighting fixtures.
